It’s nearly time to renew your HCPC registration
The renewal window for your Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) registration as a registered Prosthetist/Orthotist is coming up onÌý1 July 2025. The window is open for 3 months and closes onÌý30 September 2025. It’s important that you renew your registration successfully and on time, so you can continue to practise as a Prosthetist/Orthotist for the next two-year cycle.
To be best prepared ahead of your renewal we advise you to:
- Make sure your email address and contact details are correct in advance – you can update them on your HCPC online account
- Set a reminder and don’t leave it to the last minute – you can renew via your HCPC online account as soon as the window opens on 1 July 2025.

Are you or your child aged 8 – 28 with anÌýupper or lower limb amputation or limb difference? Then the Explore Your Paralympic Potential – Swimming, Triathlon, Athletics and Cycling Event is for you! The Explore Event will take place on Sunday 29th June near Nottingham.

ParalympicsGB are working closely with Aquatics GB, British Triathlon, British Athletics and British Cycling to match you with a qualified coach from each sport dependent on your experience, disability and age. They will provide you with a small group coaching session, information on the sport, insights into classification and intel about how to continue the sport post Explore Event. They will be looking out for talented individuals to support and signpost you to appropriate next steps.Ìý
